Brand & Marketing Officer (1 Year Contract) at Sheer Logic

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Brand & Marketing Officer to join our team on a 1-year contract basis. In this position, you will provide strategic oversight and direct development of marketing activities, coordinate creative teams, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance business visibility, strengthen client relationships, and improve market position and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing initiatives aligned with strategic business drivers
• Monitor performance of marketing initiatives to measure client engagement and growth outcomes, and facilitate post-activity discussions with business partners
• Coordinate day-to-day portfolio activities, including budget management, content development, and agency liaison
• Develop monthly portfolio reports for line manager review and cascade communication
• Oversee branch and offsite branding rollout and management in collaboration with client coverage and branch managers
• Serve as the primary marketing resource and point of contact for branch managers
• Maintain proactive working relationships with business stakeholders to ensure Brand and Marketing requirements are understood and supported
• Optimize key sponsorship assets to drive brand visibility, thought leadership, and lead generation opportunities
• Activate strategic partnerships and properties to create business opportunities
• Coordinate and manage all event logistics, including venue preparation, invitations, transportation, catering, signage, displays, special needs accommodations, printing, and security
• Manage event project delivery to maintain adherence to procurement, compliance, risk, and legal policies and procedures, minimizing operational risks
• Manage event finances and identify opportunities to reduce costs or reallocate resources while maintaining approved budgets
