Brand & Marketing Officer (1 Year Contract) at Sheer Logic

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Brand & Marketing Officer to provide strategic oversight and direct development of marketing activities. In this role, you will coordinate creative teams, leverage analytical insights to enhance business visibility, build client relationships, and strengthen market position and impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute marketing initiatives aligned with strategic business drivers
• Track marketing performance metrics to assess client engagement and growth achievement, and facilitate post-activity discussions with business partners
• Coordinate day-to-day portfolio activities including budget management, content development, and agency interactions
• Develop monthly portfolio reports for line manager review and cascade
• Work with client coverage and branch managers to oversee day-to-day branch requirements
• Oversee branding rollout and management across branches and offsite locations
• Serve as the primary marketing resource and contact point for branch managers
• Maintain close working relationships with business stakeholders to ensure brand and marketing requirements are understood and supported
• Optimize sponsorship assets to drive brand visibility, thought leadership, and lead generation opportunities
• Activate key partnerships and properties to generate business opportunities
• Coordinate and manage event logistics including venue preparation, invitations, transportation, catering, signage, displays, accessibility requirements, printing, and security
• Manage event project delivery elements to ensure adherence to procurement, compliance, risk, and legal policies and procedures
• Manage event financials and identify cost reduction or resource reallocation opportunities
