## Title: Brand Manager (FMCG)

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. As our Brand Manager, you will own the end-to-end brand strategy, from insight to execution. You will lead brand plans, grow market share, strengthen brand equity, and deliver exceptional consumer experiences across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual brand plans that drive growth and profitability
  • Lead ATL, BTL, digital, and in-store campaign strategy and execution
  • Conduct continuous market, consumer, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
  • Partner closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, and Finance to deliver brand objectives
  • Manage budgets efficiently and ensure high ROI on marketing activities
  • Track brand performance and generate actionable insights and reports
  • Collaborate with agencies on creative development and media strategy

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 4–6 years' experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for consumer insights and data-driven decision making
  • Proven experience managing campaigns, innovation projects, and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and leadership abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
