We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Business Admin, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years in financial services + 2 years in supervisory/branch leadership.
- Strong expertise in credit appraisal, portfolio management & risk control.
- Proven track record of driving sales & hitting revenue targets.
- Experience leading & developing high-performing teams.
- Solid knowledge of regulatory & compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication & decision-making skills
- Station: Mombasa Fulfillment Centre
