Bank of Africa Kenya Limited is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead operations and drive business growth at our Nairobi branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth and revenue generation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in banking operations, retail lending, and SME banking
• Minimum 2 years in a managerial role within a similar banking organization
• Strong knowledge of the local banking industry, banking products, services, and regulations

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong management and leadership abilities to motivate, mentor, and lead teams effectively
• Proficiency in marketing and sales with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Sound financial management skills and proficiency in analyzing financial data
