A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Role Purpose
  • To provide professional beauty services and skincare consultations while promoting pharmacy-approved cosmetic and dermatological products, and supporting efficient procurement and inventory control processes in line with company standards and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver professional beauty services in accordance with approved hygiene and safety protocols.
  • Conduct skincare assessments and recommend appropriate cosmetic and dermatological products.
  • Drive retail sales to meet and exceed assigned branch targets. Monitor stock levels, initiate replenishment requests, and ensure accurate inventory records.
  • Uphold corporate image, customer service excellence, and professional conduct at all times.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
  • Certificate or Diploma in any field from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a structured beauty, clinic, or retail environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in retail sales and achievement of targets.
  • Experience in procurement, stock control, or inventory management within a retail setup will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of skincare, dermatological products, and cosmetic brands.
