Position Overview:
- Responsible for preparing and serving drinks, taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Take food and drink orders and serve guests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining area.
- Handle payments and issue bills accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Comply with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
- Certificate/Diploma in Hospitality (preferred).
- Previous experience in bartending or waiting service is an advantage.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
