Bank Business Development Officer- Nairobi

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team in Nairobi as a Bank Business Development Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines
• Offer excellent customer experience while interacting with customers across different channels
• Participate in product campaigns to ensure product information is readily available to customers
• Gather feedback from customers on bank products and their experience to identify areas for improvement
• Provide daily business acquisition reports
• Recommend clients to useful financial services and answer bank-related inquiries
• Maintain updated customer contracts and follow up on accounts to ensure increased transaction frequency

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or university degree from a recognized institution
• 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a financial institution
• Computer literacy
• Good presentation skills for senior management and clients
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to meet stringent targets within defined deadlines
