Bancassurance Sales Officers – Retail Sales - Olkalau at CIC Insurance

About the Role

This position offers an attractive performance-based retainer, incentives, and commissions structure. You will be responsible for driving retail life insurance sales in your allocated market while building strong client relationships and promoting the CIC brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new retail life business from the allocated market
• Educate new and existing clients on retail life products and solutions
• Liaise with various departments to ensure timely service delivery to clients
• Provide timely and accurate quotations within agreed turnaround times
• Gather market intelligence to maintain an updated understanding of product range and market needs
• Follow up with clients to ensure persistency rates meet acceptable standards
• Promote and represent the CIC brand professionally

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in a business-related course
• Bachelor's degree (desirable)
• Relevant professional insurance qualifications – COP/ECOP or Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII)
• LOMA certification (advantageous)
• Minimum age: 25 years
