Bancassurance Sales Officers – Retail Sales - Marsabit at CIC Insurance

About the Role

This position offers an attractive performance-based retainer, along with incentives and commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new retail life business from the allocated market
• Educate new and existing clients on retail life products
• Liaise with various departments to ensure timely service delivery to clients
• Provide timely and accurate quotations within agreed turnaround times
• Gather market intelligence to ensure updated product range
• Follow up to ensure persistency rates remain at acceptable levels
• Promote the CIC brand

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course
• Bachelor's degree is desirable
• Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance (COP/ECOP)
• Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA is an added advantage
