We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and partner referrals.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from discovery and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Solution Selling & Client Advisory
- Conduct needs analysis workshops and business discovery sessions with prospects.
- Position Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, Supply
- Chain, and Power Platform solutions based on client business challenges.
- Collaborate with pre-sales consultants and solutions advisors to design solution architectures and value-based proposals.
- Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and activity tracking in Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline with strong coverage ratios.
- Ensure disciplined sales qualification using proven frameworks.
- Partnership & Ecosystem Engagement
- Work closely with Microsoft account teams and ISV partners to co-sell and generate opportunities.
- Participate in Microsoft-led campaigns, solution assessments, and joint customer engagements.
- Marketing & Go-To-Market Support
- Support webinars, events, account-based marketing campaigns, and content-driven demand generation.
- Contribute insights into customer needs, competitive trends, and market opportunities.
- Customer Success & Account Growth
- Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams and remain engaged post-sale to drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
- Monthly and quarterly revenue targets achieved

- CRM data accuracy and forecasting reliability
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience.
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
