## Title: Automotive Aftermarket Trade Developer – Migori

About the Role

We are seeking an Automotive Aftermarket Trade Developer to drive revenue growth and market expansion across assigned dealerships in the Migori territory. This role combines sales, customer support, market intelligence, and field marketing responsibilities to achieve business objectives in the automotive aftermarket sector.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Achievement

  • Drive sell-out sales (revenue and SKU expansion) across assigned dealerships
  • Achieve or exceed dealer revenue targets through proactive planning and performance monitoring
  • Monitor and optimize conversion rates from the sales funnel
  • Ensure adherence to sales policies and procedures
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance sales effectiveness
  • Collaborate in setting annual sales objectives for the territory

Customer Support & Engagement

  • Support customer engagement through forums and feedback collection
  • Communicate information about new products to customers
  • Maintain adherence to CRM usage and route plans
  • Ensure timely escalation of customer issues to dealers

Reporting & Analytics

  • Perform daily collation of target achievement metrics
  • Track and analyze monthly trends within assigned markets
  • Prepare dashboards for weekly reviews
  • Submit regular reports on territory performance, dealer metrics, and action plans

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor and report on competitor activities
  • Provide customer insights through identification and recommendation of parts or services that meet customer needs

Market Activation

  • Plan and execute ground marketing initiatives including road shows, market storms, and product activations

Minimum Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Graduate Degree or Diploma/Certificate in automotive or mechanical engineering
  • KCSE Grade C or higher
  • At least one year of experience in outdoor sales, marketing, promotions, merchandising, or brand ambassador roles
  • Understanding of motor vehicle parts and service (advantageous)
