A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead planning, execution, and completion of statutory, donor-funded, and special audits
  • Supervise audit teams and ensure compliance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
  • Review working papers, draft audit reports, and management letters
  • Engage clients professionally and present audit findings to management and boards
  • Mentor and develop audit staff while upholding firm quality standards
Required Qualifications: & EXPERIENCE Academic & Professional Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field
  • CPA (K) qualification – Mandatory
  • Audit Practicing Certificate (or eligibility to obtain) – Added advantage
  • Membership in ICPAK in good standing
Experience:
  • Minimum 6–8 years’ audit experience, with at least 3 years at supervisory or managerial level
  • Proven experience auditing NGOs, donor-funded projects, SMEs, corporates, schools, churches, Saccos, and pension schemes
  • Strong exposure to ISA, IFRS, IPSAS, and donor compliance frameworks
  • Experience leading teams and managing multiple engagements concurrently
