About the Role
We are seeking a motivated professional to develop and execute sales plans aligned with our Corporate and Commercial Business strategy. The successful candidate will manage a diverse portfolio of customers within the Corporate and Commercial Business segment while ensuring product revenue and profitability targets are consistently achieved and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop sales plans in line with overall Corporate and Commercial Business objectives
- Achieve and exceed product revenue and profitability targets by understanding customer business needs and anticipating requirements through consultative selling
- Match customer needs with appropriate product capabilities through tailored demonstrations and proposals
- Negotiate and renegotiate terms and conditions with customers to optimize revenue and profitability
- Identify cross-selling and referral opportunities within other banking lines through comprehensive understanding of client requirements
- Provide structured solutions to address specific cash management requirements for customers and prospects
- Implement a disciplined, product-oriented sales management process with regular monitoring, tracking, and reporting of sales activity to ensure targets are met
- Support product management and development during strategic product rollouts
- Gather customer insights, market trends, and product/market intelligence to inform new product developments and enhancements
- Facilitate resolution of customer service issues and ensure consistently high levels of post-sales service
- Perform additional duties as assigned by team leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field from a recognized university
- Minimum 5 years of banking experience, with at least 3 years in business development within the Corporate and Commercial segment
- Excellent financial acumen and analytical thinking skills
