Assistant Professors - Leadership and Change Management

Position Overview

The successful candidate will report to the Dean or designee of the Chandaria School of Business (CSOB) and will be expected to teach, conduct research, and engage in service activities aimed at enhancing transformative teaching, learning, and research.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach at both undergraduate and graduate levels in the area of Business Law
• Support and mentor students in their career endeavors
• Participate in curriculum development activities to ensure programs are current and marketable
• Participate in program development, reviews, and assessment
• Supervise students' research projects, theses, and dissertations at both undergraduate and graduate levels
• Conduct research in your area of expertise
• Provide service to the University, the profession, and the community
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Earned PhD or DBA in Law or related field
