About the Role
The Administrative Assistant will serve as a key support function within the organization, providing comprehensive administrative assistance and acting as the first point of contact for guests, internal staff, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, correspondence, filing, and office documentation
- Oversee renewal of permits, licenses, and coordinate office inspections
- Maintain office supplies, utilities, facilities, and coordinate general maintenance
- Prepare documents for internal and external communication
- Answer phones professionally and route calls appropriately
- Manage dispatch and receiving of documents
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in office administration
