Greben LTD is a growing Kenyan beverage company producing Jaba Tamu Juice™, a locally made juice brand. We focus on quality production, efficient distribution, and strong relationships with distributors, suppliers, and retail outlets.
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will help with records management, communication, coordination with suppliers and distributors, and general administrative duties to ensure smooth business operations.
Location
Diani Beach, Kwale, Kenya
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and office support tasks
- Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents
- Manage contacts including distributors, suppliers, outlets, and delivery personnel
- Assist with basic bookkeeping, invoices, and expense tracking
- Coordinate communication between management, suppliers, and clients
- Support logistics coordination (deliveries, stock movement, follow-ups)
- Assist in preparing reports and basic data entry
- Ensure office supplies and materials are well managed
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role is an added advantage
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email, WhatsApp communication)
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented
Salary Range
KES 25,000 – 35,000 per month (based on experience)
