We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting practices and excellent organizational skills. KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Assist in daily accounting operations including accounts payable/ receivable, bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Record day-to-day financial transactions.
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of accurate financial records.
  • Assist with basic tax compliance and statutory deductions as required.
  • Prepare routine accounting reports and summaries for management.
  • Monitor daily and weekly cash flow positions.
  • Support bookkeeping and recording of expenses for financial reporting.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications: , EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE 
  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in Accounting and Financial Management.
  • Bachelor of Commerce Degree; Accounting or Finance Option.
  • CPA Part 1 and 2 or ACCA.
  • High attention to detail and good numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in excel and basic accounting systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary for conveying financial information to the management.
