Job Summary
Premier Audio Visual Limited seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts and Administration Assistant to join our finance department. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare bank and cash payment vouchers, ensuring all payments are properly and accurately supported
- Post all transactions correctly in QuickBooks and related accounting software
- Manage petty cash, ensuring real-time daily accounting and recording
- File and maintain proper accounting records and documentation
- Assist with payroll processing and filing of statutory returns
- Support the preparation of finance reports and budgets
- Assist with purchasing office stationery and supplies
- Consolidate and organize reports
- Update and maintain personnel files
- Maintain service contract records
- Manage office routine administrative work
- Respond promptly to inquiries and queries
- Ensure staff timesheets are signed and properly filed
- Perform additional duties as requested
