Warehouse Officer at Mission for Essential Drugs and Supplies (MEDS)

Position Overview

This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient processing of clients' orders, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate order processing for client orders within stipulated timelines to ensure client satisfaction
• Coordinate timely processing of special project orders in line with stipulated Key Performance Indicators
• Ensure accuracy and quality work output in client order processing to maintain client satisfaction
• Maintain comprehensive records on client order processing to facilitate management decision-making
• Consolidate warehouse staff daily output and maintain performance data for management decisions and operational efficiency
• Coordinate issuing and monitor usage of packaging materials for efficiency and to promote circular initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related business field
• At least five years of relevant experience, with a minimum of three years in a busy pharmaceutical warehouse

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmacy, Nursing, Clinical Medicine, Medical Laboratory, Public Health, or other health-related field

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical and medical supplies
