## Title: Volunteer Teaching - Human Resource Management

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to contribute to our Human Resource Management program.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development, planning, and implementation of a high-quality curriculum
  • Review curriculum and course outlines and develop course and lesson plans
  • Prepare contact learning and online course materials and teaching aids
  • Employ various teaching methods (such as field studies, group activities, assignments, laboratory sessions, and off-class activities) to help student learning and deliver course content
  • Develop learning assessment plans
  • Supervise and guide undergraduate students, graduate students, internship, and research work
  • Participate in departmental research and conduct research in specialist areas, publishing findings in professional journals, books, or electronic media
  • Participate in grant writing and collaborations
  • Advise students on academic, career, and other related issues when required
  • Attend conferences, workshops, seminars, industrial linkages, and market outreach visits as required
  • Participate in departmental administrative and field operations and programs

Academic and Professional Requirements

  • PhD in a relevant field, in line with the program domain
  • OR Masters in a relevant field and currently a PhD student at the final stage (data collection)
  • At least three (3) years relevant industry experience
