About the Role

Mediacrest Training College seeks a dedicated Videography & Photography Trainer to inspire and equip the next generation of visual creatives. In this role, you will share your expertise behind the camera and passion for visual storytelling with aspiring professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach videography and photography techniques to students
• Conduct training in camera operations and lighting setups
• Guide students through shoot planning and pre-production processes
• Instruct post-production workflows including photo and video editing
• Mentor students on storyboarding and content creation
• Lead both studio and on-location practical sessions
• Develop and deliver engaging educational content

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Film, Photography, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience in videography and photography
• Proficiency in camera operations, lighting setups, and shoot planning
• Demonstrated experience with post-production (photo and video editing)
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Patient, supportive approach with a genuine passion for education

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Training or teaching experience
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Lightroom, and Photoshop
• Hands-on experience with studio and on-location shoots
• Portfolio demonstrating storyboarding and content creation expertise
