TVET Graduate Assistant - Counselling Psychology

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY - Deliver courses in counselling psychology using approved TVET curricula. - Teach core areas such as counselling skills, ethics, DSM-based assessment, trauma counselling, and mental health. - Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, and learner assessments. - Supervise counseling practicums, role plays, and industrial attachments. - Provide academic mentorship and basic psychosocial support to learners. - Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum review, and quality assurance processes. - Promote ethical practice and professionalism in counselling training. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - A Degree in Counselling Psychology or related field. - Pedagogical training and counselling practice experience preferred. - Registration with a recognized professional body is an added advantage.
