TOR-Request for Supply of 18.9-Litre Bottled Water at Maji Hill

Scope of Work

The selected supplier will be responsible for the following:

• Supplying 18.9-litre bottled drinking water
• Providing a total of 4,000 bottles per month, delivered in agreed batches
• Ensuring all water supplied meets national quality and safety standards

Delivery Requirements

• Delivery shall be made to the designated Maji Hill premises
• Guarantee consistent monthly supply of 4,000 bottles
• Bottles must be new, clean, and well-sealed

Mandatory Requirements

All interested suppliers must submit the following documents:

• Valid KEBS Certificate for the bottled water brand
• Recent Laboratory Test Reports showing compliance with drinking-water quality standards
• Certificate of Incorporation or Company Registration Documents
• Valid Business Permit
• KRA PIN Certificate and Tax Compliance Certificate
• Detailed Quotation including unit price per bottle, delivery terms, and payment terms

Evaluation Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Compliance with mandatory documentation
• Product quality and certification
• Price competitiveness
• Delivery capacity and reliability
• Past performance and references (if applicable)
