Qualifications, Skills and Experience - Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - 4-7 years' FMCG sales experience, ideally in diapers or baby-care products. - Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in competitive FMCG markets. - Skilled in distribution management, territory planning, and use of sales automation tools. - Strong negotiation, communication, execution, and relationship-management skills. - Analytical, result-oriented, self-driven, and a team player. - Below 40 years of age. - Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities - Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for the diaper category within the territory. - Identify and develop new customers, channels, and growth opportunities. - Ensure product availability, in-store visibility, and correct merchandising at retail outlets. - Execute trade promotions, consumer offers, and in-store activations to drive off-take. - Use sales automation to plan routes, track sales performance, monitor inventory, and report activities. - Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners. - Prepare timely daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports via the sales automation system. - Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and consumer feedback to support marketing and product improvements.
