## Title: Technical Support Associate

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Technical Support Associate to provide comprehensive technical support and help drive system improvements across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support to both customers and internal teams across multiple systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software or system issues promptly and professionally
  • Develop and maintain user training materials, documentation, and process guides
  • Assist in gathering and defining user requirements to improve system usability
  • Collaborate with developers to escalate and resolve technical challenges
  • Manage and prioritize support tickets using CRM and helpdesk tools

What We're Looking For

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in technical support or a similar role
  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho products (e.g., Zoho Desk, Zoho Billing)
  • Familiarity with call center systems and support workflows
  • Strong documentation and user training development skills
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines effectively
