## Title: Technical Sales Support Specialist – Stone Paving

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in a Technical Sales Support position focused on the stone paving industry. This role combines sales development, customer relationship management, and technical support to drive business growth in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively pursue, convert, and close projects in line with established sales targets
  • Provide detailed product information to customers, ensuring they understand the features and benefits of our stone paving products
  • Negotiate product pricing and terms with potential customers, ensuring all agreements align with company pricing policies and product offerings
  • Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for clients based on their technical requirements and project specifications
  • Follow up regularly with customers on generated quotations to ensure timely closure and resolve any questions or concerns
  • Collaborate with the finance team to confirm client payments and provide invoicing support as needed
  • Work with the dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers, maintaining satisfaction
  • Conduct regular field visits in the assigned region to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
  • Make after-sales calls to assess client satisfaction with products and services
  • Provide technical support when necessary
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships with clients in the assigned region to ensure a steady pipeline of business
  • Address and resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently
  • Conduct market intelligence activities to gather insights on competitors and guide management decisions on product offerings and sales strategies
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports and weekly pipeline updates in a timely and organized manner
  • Perform any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor to support team success

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field
  • 3 years' experience in the building and construction industry
