Technical Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Regional Technical Operations - Lead all technical operations: solar installations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales support - Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards - Monitor technical performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions - Ensure timely reporting and documentation of all technical activities EV Motorbike & Fleet Coordination - Oversee deployment, utilization, maintenance, and tracking of EV motorbikes and regional vehicles - Ensure compliance with operational protocols and proper usage of assets - Implement tracking systems and preventive maintenance schedules to optimize performance Asset & Inventory Management - Manage technical assets, tools, equipment, and spare parts in the region - Maintain accountability records and ensure optimal resource utilization - Coordinate procurement or replacement of assets as required Team Leadership & Development - Supervise, mentor, and motivate technical and field staff - Conduct performance appraisals, identify training needs, and support staff development - Allocate tasks, monitor field activities, and ensure compliance with company policies Process, Quality & Compliance Management - Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Ensure compliance with HSE, regulatory, and company policies - Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and operational audits Project & Client Coordination - Act as the regional point of contact for project planning and client/stakeholder communication - Resolve technical issues escalated by clients or field staff promptly - Support Sales and Project teams with technical insights and guidance Reporting & Performance Analysis - Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on operations, asset utilization, project status, and team performance - Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement - Present recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making
