## Title: Sous Chef
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified and hands-on Culinary professional to join our team as a Sous Chef. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure excellent kitchen operations and food service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Chef in menu planning and execution of culinary duties
- Manage kitchen and canteen inventory
- Oversee staff management and supervision
- Ensure overall kitchen and canteen operations run smoothly
- Maintain HACCP compliance standards
