## Title: Sous Chef

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and hands-on Culinary professional to join our team as a Sous Chef. You will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure excellent kitchen operations and food service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chef in menu planning and execution of culinary duties
  • Manage kitchen and canteen inventory
  • Oversee staff management and supervision
  • Ensure overall kitchen and canteen operations run smoothly
  • Maintain HACCP compliance standards

Required Qualifications

  • Culinary professional with hands-on experience
  • Proficiency in HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
