## Title: SOP Clerk

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Kenya Builders & Concrete Co. Ltd in Nairobi as an SOP Clerk. You will be responsible for managing sales orders, documentation, and system coordination across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Processing & Data Entry
  • Documentation & System Management
  • Coordination & Communication
  • Compliance & Internal Controls
  • HubSpot CRM Integration

Key Deliverables

  • Accurate and timely entry of quotations and sales orders in iScala
  • Generation of correct picking lists, invoices, and delivery documentation
  • Up-to-date and accurate customer and product information in the system
  • Clear communication with sales, warehouse, and finance teams
  • Proper document control and audit trail of all processed orders
  • HubSpot CRM and iScala order linkage maintained and updated

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field
  • Minimum 1–2 years' experience in sales administration, data entry, or order processing
  • Basic accounting or ERP systems training is an advantage

Preferred Experience

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., iScala) and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or logistics environment
