About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team in a Solar EV Business Development & Marketing Officer position.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate office records, documentation, and reports related to Solar EV Bikes operations
• Coordinate internal communications, staff schedules, and operational meetings for the EV unit
• Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and prepare documentation for orders, dispatch, and deliveries of solar EV bikes
• Assist with procurement of office supplies, spare parts, tools, and materials required for Solar EV operations
• Support HR processes for the EV team, including attendance tracking, onboarding logistics, and staff coordination
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and documentation standards within the Solar EV department
• Monitor and track daily balances, petty cash, and operational expenses associated with the Solar EV Bikes product line
• Prepare periodic budget and expenditure reports for EV operations and administrative activities
• Accurately document financial transactions and ensure timely reconciliation with the finance department
• Provide clear financial summaries, expenditure updates, and cash-flow support reports to management
• Maintain transparent, accurate, and up-to-date financial records for all Solar EV Bikes activities
