Social Media Manager - Nairobi at Emerge Egress Consulting

Role Objective

We are seeking a knowledgeable Social Media Manager to align content and manage various social media platforms while engaging with our community. This role involves developing digital marketing strategies, creating compelling content, and maintaining a strong brand presence across multiple digital channels.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Engage meaningfully with the community and foster community engagement across all platforms
• Develop, manage, and maintain a content publishing schedule aligned with digital marketing campaigns and brand objectives
• Implement social media marketing strategies to drive awareness and sales
• Create and develop digital ads and graphical content optimized for various platforms
• Build and maintain a powerful marketing platform and online digital space to improve conversion rates and achieve key performance indicators
• Create and collaborate on diverse marketing content including web copy, datasheets, blogs, press releases, video scripts, and customer case studies
• Conduct data collection and analysis to inform marketing efforts
• Maintain a strong presence across all company social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and website

Job Specifications and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
• At least 3+ years of experience in a relevant role
• Proven sales and marketing work experience
