Key Responsibilities

Own Our Social Presence

Build and grow our brand across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube—choosing the right content for the right platform
Create original content (short-form videos, carousels, infographics, threads) that educates our audience about trading, fintech, and financial literacy
Turn complex trading concepts into engaging, accessible content that resonates with both beginners and experienced traders

Engage & Build Community

Be the voice of IfkaFin online—respond to comments, DMs, and mentions with personality and professionalism
Monitor fintech conversations, identify trends, and spot opportunities to join relevant discussions
Build relationships with fintech creators, traders, and potential partners to expand our reach

Drive Measurable Results

Plan and execute campaigns that drive inbound traffic, newsletter signups, and demo requests
Track key metrics (engagement rate, follower growth, click-through rates, lead attribution) and report insights weekly
Test content formats, posting times, and messaging—then double down on what works

Required Qualifications

Must-Have

Demonstrated social media experience—whether managing accounts for a brand, organization, side project, or personal brand with measurable growth
Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences
Ability to create visual content—comfortable using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
Analytical mindset—you check metrics, not just likes, and can explain performance insights
