## Title: Social Media Manager

Job Summary

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our client's social media strategy to increase online presence and improve marketing and customer engagement efforts. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and the sports betting industry.

Salary

KES 40,000 to KES 70,000 per month (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms (Meta, X, TikTok, etc.) to align with business goals
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content, including text, images, videos, and promotional materials on a daily basis
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and customer feedback, responding promptly to inquiries and comments
  • Analyze and monitor social media metrics (SEO and web traffic) and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns and strategies
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing objectives
  • Research and stay up-to-date with current industry benchmark trends, emerging platforms, audience preferences, and competitor activities to ensure social media presence is cutting-edge
  • Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns and implement new features to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition
  • Engage with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand reach and increase brand loyalty
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to content on social media

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management
  • Hands-on experience in content management
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing channels, social media platforms, and tools
