Qualifications Required

For appointment to this grade, candidates must have:

• Cumulative service period of nine (9) years relevant work experience, three (3) of which must have been at the grade of Supply Chain Management Assistant I or equivalent
• Diploma in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
• Current membership with Kenya Institute of Supplies Management or Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply
• Proficiency in computer applications
• Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results
