## Title: Senior Office Administrator
About the Role
Kenya Rural Roads Authority is recruiting for 7 Senior Office Administrator positions based in Nairobi.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the conducting of board meetings
- Prepare invitations to committee members and manage follow-ups
- Arrange travel for the Board and Director General
- Coordinate events and manage e-office systems
- Receive high-level guests and ensure security of office equipment and data
- Plan and organize meetings, workshops, conferences, and seminars
- Operate office equipment
- Respond to correspondences
- Attend to visitors and clients
- Handle telephone calls, enquiries, and appointments
- Manage petty office cash
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial Studies or equivalent from a recognized institution
OR
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Administration, or Social Science or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution, plus a Diploma in Secretarial Studies from a recognized institution
Required Experience
- Cumulative service period of 6 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum 3 years at Office Administrator I level or in a comparable position
Additional Requirements
- Membership to a relevant professional body in good standing (where applicable)
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results
