About the Role
The Senior Account Associate (SAA) ensures that client satisfaction is maintained by strategically planning and providing day-to-day implementation and management of client projects. This is an entry-level leadership role requiring a self-driven, strategic thinker who is energetic, creative, and insightful.
Reporting to the Account Manager or as assigned, you will work closely with client contacts and agency team members to identify communications requirements and recommend, plan, budget, and implement appropriate solutions. You will collaboratively work with other teams to provide services in public relations, advertising, and digital for client projects and assignments.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and implement day-to-day client project management
- Identify client communications requirements and recommend tailored solutions
- Develop and execute communication strategies across multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated public relations, advertising, and digital services
- Manage project budgets and revenue targets
- Coordinate with client contacts to ensure project delivery and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, or similar field from a recognized institution
- 5-7 years of full-time experience in public relations, account management, or client service
- Minimum 3 years of agency experience
- Strong experience in research, analysis, and developing communication strategies and execution plans
- Proven expertise in editorial content writing, digital strategies, and content planning
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets and revenue targets

Preferred Qualifications
- CPR/CIM certification
