Security Officer at Kilimall

About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Security Officer to join our team at Kilimall in Nairobi, Kenya. You will be responsible for maintaining security, managing operations, and ensuring compliance with company policies at our logistics station.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations and logistics support, including order verification and documentation
• Verify courier and 3PL orders through scanning and ensure documentation alignment
• Manage seller returns handovers to vendors at the station
• Provide administrative and procurement support, including requisitions for office supplies and consumables
• Enforce access control measures for staff, couriers, and visitors at the station
• Monitor and respond promptly to internal CCTV requests
• Manage company parking space to ensure security and order at the station
• Ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and security policies
• Report hazards or risks that may compromise safety or operations
• Guide staff on security awareness and compliance procedures
• Maintain strong integrity, vigilance, and attention to detail in record keeping

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Security Management, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years' experience in security, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Excellent communication, reporting, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of e-commerce warehouse and station management systems
