## Title: Sales Supervisor

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Kinangop Dairy Limited as a Sales Supervisor in Nairobi, Kenya.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and account conversion within the assigned area to meet or exceed targets
  • Lead, coach, supervise, and manage sales teams (sales representatives, merchandisers, direct salesmen) to ensure high performance and adherence to SOPs and KPIs
  • Develop and execute effective area sales and marketing strategies aligned with company revenue and profit objectives
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Implement and monitor field and in-store sales processes to ensure optimal product distribution, visibility, and brand presence
  • Coordinate sales support resources (customer service, distributors, management) to meet customer expectations and performance goals
  • Monitor sales trends, conduct market and competitor analysis, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making
  • Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, modern trade, supermarkets, and institutions
  • Represent the company in distributor and trade engagements, handling claims, complaints, and recommendations professionally
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, HR, Factory) to support sales execution and maximize product visibility
  • Uphold the company's brand image, values, and Service First culture while participating in industry events and budgeting activities

Required Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Business Studies
  • KCSE grade C+ and above

Required Skills and Experience

  • Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly
  • Proven ability to meet assigned team quotas for sales, profits, and strategic objectives
  • Strong capability to provide timely reports on performance, market trends, and competitor analysis
  • Personal qualities that align with professional sales leadership standards
