## Title: Sales Supervisor
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Kinangop Dairy Limited as a Sales Supervisor in Nairobi, Kenya.
Main Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and account conversion within the assigned area to meet or exceed targets
- Lead, coach, supervise, and manage sales teams (sales representatives, merchandisers, direct salesmen) to ensure high performance and adherence to SOPs and KPIs
- Develop and execute effective area sales and marketing strategies aligned with company revenue and profit objectives
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities
- Implement and monitor field and in-store sales processes to ensure optimal product distribution, visibility, and brand presence
- Coordinate sales support resources (customer service, distributors, management) to meet customer expectations and performance goals
- Monitor sales trends, conduct market and competitor analysis, and provide actionable insights to support decision-making
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, modern trade, supermarkets, and institutions
- Represent the company in distributor and trade engagements, handling claims, complaints, and recommendations professionally
- Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, HR, Factory) to support sales execution and maximize product visibility
- Uphold the company's brand image, values, and Service First culture while participating in industry events and budgeting activities
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Business Studies
- KCSE grade C+ and above
Required Skills and Experience
- Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly
- Proven ability to meet assigned team quotas for sales, profits, and strategic objectives
- Strong capability to provide timely reports on performance, market trends, and competitor analysis
- Personal qualities that align with professional sales leadership standards
