About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join our Islamic Banking division. In this role, you will be responsible for the acquisition and sustainable growth of banking business through retail product and service sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell retail bank products and services to ensure sustainable business growth
• Actively participate in sales activities organized by the bank to acquire new business
• Provide excellent customer experience across different communication channels
• Gather customer feedback on bank products and services to identify improvement opportunities
• Prepare and share daily business acquisition reports
• Continuously deepen knowledge of the bank's offerings and industry trends

Education & Professional Qualifications

• Minimum Mean Grade of C Plain in secondary education
• Degree from a recognized institution (any field)
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Experience & Skills

• 1 year of sales experience in a financial institution (preferred)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Self-driven and confident with strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
• Demonstrated integrity and ethical conduct
• Strong desire to excel with ability to drive change and innovate
• Proven ability to meet business targets with minimal supervision
• Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice
