Job description
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sell and promote BAKE and TOP products within the Nairobi market.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and coverage plans.
- Identify and onboard new customers.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Submit basic sales and collection reports.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 4 years’ sales experience (FMCG preferred).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
