This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to distribute Jubilee Life solutions and serve customers introduced to the company.

Attend product and skill training organized by Jubilee Life to understand company products and distribution methods
Prospect and present Jubilee products to prospective customers in the market
Solicit and procure business on behalf of the Company
Service clients and convey all relevant information received from clients to the Company
Uphold the image and brand of the Company
Achieve new business sales budgets in terms of Number of Policies (NOPs), Annualized Premiums (ANP), Persistency, and Gross Written Premiums (GWP) targets for both new and renewal business
Attend all meetings called by Jubilee sales management for training, supervision, motivation, and market deployment
Comply with industry code of conduct, Company regulations, and all relevant laws and regulations governing the activities of the trade

Minimum age of 21 years
Graduate, Diploma, or Certificate qualification
Minimum Grade C- (Minus) in KCSE
IT and Digital skills
Self-driven with a positive attitude, disciplined, and results-oriented approach
