## Title: Sales Intern - Kisii
Role Purpose
The role holder will distribute Jubilee Life solutions and serve customers introduced to the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend product and skill training organized by the company to understand company products and distribution methods
- Prospect in the market and present Jubilee products to prospective customers
- Solicit and procure business on behalf of the company
- Service clients and convey all information received from clients to the company
- Uphold the image and brand of the company
- Achieve new business sales budget targets in terms of Number of Policies (NOPs), Annualized Premiums (ANP), Persistency, and Gross Written Premiums (GWP) for both new and renewal business
- Attend all meetings called by sales management for training, supervision, motivation, and market deployment
- Comply with industry code of conduct, company regulations, and all relevant laws and regulations governing the trade
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Education level: Graduate, Diploma, or Certificate holder
- Minimum Grade C- in KCSE
- IT and digital skills
- Self-driven, positive attitude, disciplined, and goal-oriented
