We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Key Responsibilities: Revenue Generation: - Sales Strategy Development: Formulating and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. - Target Achievement: Consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals. - Performance Monitoring: Regularly analysing sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on growth opportunities. Market Expansion: - Market Research: Conducting thorough market analysis to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape. - Strategic Partnerships: Building and nurturing strategic relationships with key industry players, partners and stakeholders to enhance market presence. - Geographical Expansion: Leading initiatives to penetrate new geographical markets and expand the company’s footprint. Customer Service: - Client Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. - Solution Selling: Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions that add value to their business. - After-Sales Support: Ensuring excellent after-sales service to address any issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. People Management: - Team Leadership: Leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals. - Talent Development: Identifying training needs and providing continuous professional development opportunities to enhance the team’s skills and performance. - Performance Evaluation: Conducting regular performance reviews and providing constructive feedback to drive improvement and growth Required Qualifications: & Experience - Degree in Business related field or equivalent - MSK Membership - 5 years’ experience in manufacturing sector.
