About the Role

We are seeking a qualified candidate who can drive sales development and support our expansion objectives. In this position, you will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities and leading our sales initiatives forward.

What We're Looking For

You should demonstrate the following qualifications and competencies:

  • 10+ years of experience in food retail
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop original ideas for products, promotions, and new business opportunities
  • Strong ability to identify market developments and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Proven experience managing teams to achieve peak performance
  • Self-starter mentality with a proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to be hands-on
  • Passion and affinity for bread and baking
