What you’ll do: - Greet and assist customers warmly, making every interaction memorable. - Actively sell products to meet and exceed individual and store sales targets. - Share your product knowledge confidently and recommend related items to enhance customer value. - Maintain the store’s appearance and organization, ensuring it’s always inviting and professional. - Handle inventory accurately, including receiving, checking, and organizing stock. - Represent the company brand with integrity, professionalism, and respect.  What we’re looking for: - Previous retail sales experience is preferred; hospitality or service experience may also be considered. - Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer engagement. - Ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively. - Accuracy in handling stock and following inventory procedures.
