About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Thika office. As a Sales Agent specializing in logbook loan products, you will actively engage with potential clients, present and promote logbook loan products, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer needs assessments
• Close sales and achieve targets
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and encourage referrals

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the insurance sector
• Training in sales techniques
• Basic understanding of microfinance products, specifically loan services
