Sales Advisor at AutoXpress Ltd

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor to join our expanding team at AutoXpress Ltd in Mombasa, Kenya. In this role, you will welcome retail customers through both physical store visits and telephone inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service while guiding them through our automotive products and helping them make informed purchasing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to retail customers via in-store visits and telephone inquiries
• Welcome customers and respond promptly to their enquiries with professionalism and courtesy
• Offer product information and guidance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
• Observe and learn best practices for customer service excellence through interaction with customers and fellow sales advisors
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally, ensuring prompt resolution
• Gain comprehensive understanding of store operations, including cash handling and visual merchandising
• Maintain knowledge of safety, security, and regulatory compliance standards
• Collaborate with team members to understand and implement effective sales strategies and customer engagement techniques
• Participate in analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for business improvement
• Develop and maintain expertise in automotive products and accessories, including features, specifications, compatibility, and installation procedures

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or related business field
• Minimum 2 years' working experience in sales and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with commitment to outstanding service delivery
• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong ability to work effectively within a team environment
