The Sales Account Manager plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by building trusted, long-term relationships with clients. This role is ideal for a proactive, creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, thinks strategically, and takes full ownership of the sales cycle—from prospecting to closing and beyond. As a key ambassador for Akili TV and the wider Akili Network, the Sales Account Manager represents the brand with confidence, integrity, and insight, delivering innovative commercial solutions that create real value for clients. Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Introduce Akili TV and Akili Network solutions to target clients, agencies, and partners, positioning the brand as a trusted and innovative media partner.
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up.
Strategic Client Partnerships
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across agencies and direct clients.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs, business challenges, and marketing objectives to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal marketing, content, and client services teams to design integrated advertising proposals and partnership programs.
Solution Development & Presentation
  • Create, develop, and present compelling commercial solutions that help clients grow their brands and revenue streams.
  • Think creatively and strategically to design innovative partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities aligned with Akili Network’s platforms.
Account Management & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, opportunities, and deal progress.
  • Track sales performance, manage forecasts, and provide monthly projections based on pipeline activity and client engagement.
  • Provide regular reports, insights, and feedback to sales management to support data-driven decision-making.
Client Experience & Relationship Excellence
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire client journey.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring responsiveness, visibility, and relevance at all times.
  • Address client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Actively participate in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and team reviews.
