Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for Retail Life Bancassurance Sales Officers across multiple branches including Kimathi, Aga Khan Walk, Limuru, Ruaka, Kitengela, Mombasa Road, Upperhill, Nairobi Business Centre, Lavington, Kajiado, Ngong, Kangemi, Kibwezi, Kimana, Emali, and Wote.

The role involves identifying, acquiring, and servicing clients by promoting life insurance and related financial products. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, conducting market research, and providing reliable advice to clients on suitable insurance solutions. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, handling customer queries, and collaborating with different teams within the company to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients through proactive prospecting and relationship building
• Promote life insurance and related financial products to retail customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client retention and satisfaction
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends
• Provide tailored insurance solutions and reliable advice to clients
• Prepare sales reports and documentation
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
• Insurance/marketing certification is required

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities with market research experience
